On the 11th of October, Pilot4DEV visited Liège to interview some experts regarding the floods in Liège. One of the experts interviewed was Professor Jacques Teller - an urbanist as well as an urban and environmental engineering professor at the University of Liège. The interview series gave Pilot4DEV a more holistic view of the various aspects regarding urban planning, disaster management, and administrative processes leading up to, during, and after environmental disasters - in this case, floods in Liège and the surrounding cities.
