Field Officer for Nusa Tenggara Region - CRIC Project

Yusak has worked with various INGOs in Indonesia, including Save the Children UK, Plan International, IFRC, and SNV Indonesia, on development and humanitarian issues such as child rights and development, inclusive disaster risk reduction, water and sanitation, and climate change adaptation, communication, and knowledge management participatory monitoring, evaluation, and research. 

Recently, he has been working at UCLG-ASPAC as a Field Officer in the Eastern Region CRIC, where he is responsible for two cities, Mataram and Kupang, on increasing capacity building for local governments on climate change impacts, as well as the development and support for developing sectoral adaptation and mitigation climate action plans

Yusak has also started the trash Bank or Bank Sampah Evergreen Kupang from 2022 to help with the city's trash problem.
